Return and Exchange Policy

At BeWarm, we offer a 60-day return and exchange policy for items sold at regular prices. For items sold at discounted prices, the return and exchange period is limited to 14 days. These terms apply to both individuals, businesses, and authorities. The return and exchange period begins from the day you receive the item. You do not need to contact customer service before exercising your right to return or exchange.

You have the right to inspect and try the item to a reasonable extent. To receive a full refund, the item must be in its original condition, free from damage, dirt, and odor. If the returned item requires machine washing, we will deduct 100 SEK from the refund. If the item shows minor signs of use that cannot be restored, we will deduct 30% of the item's value.If the item shows significant signs of use, is damaged, or has been personalized (e.g. heated insoles that have been cut), the deduction may be up to the full value of the item. We reserve the right to make further deductions in exceptional cases, such as for additional costs such as shipping charges that we have informed you about before the purchase.

If you exercise your right of return, we will refund the amount within 14 days after we have received the item. The refund will be processed automatically by the payment provider you chose at the time of purchase.

We strongly recommend that you use the prepaid return label included in your package. If you have not received a prepaid return label, please contact customer service, and we will send one to you if possible. By using our return label, we can easily track your package until it reaches our warehouse.As a customer, you are responsible for covering the return shipping cost. If you use our prepaid return label, 79 SEK will be deducted for returns within Sweden and 150 SEK for returns outside of Sweden.

For a size exchange of the same item, no fee will be charged if you keep the exchanged item. However, if you cancel your purchase after a size exchange, 150 SEK will be deducted per size exchange within Sweden and 300 SEK per size exchange outside of Sweden. This amount will be deducted from your refund for the returned items.

Here's how to handle a SIZE EXCHANGE:

Fill in the return form with the size you want to exchange for. Put the form in the package along with the item you wish to exchange. You do NOT need to return accessories such as chargers, batteries, bags, manuals, original packaging, etc., to keep the package as small and light as possible.

Use the prepaid return label included in your delivery or provided by customer service. Attach the return label to the package and drop it off at the nearest Postnord agent.

Please note the Parcel ID on the return label or save the receipt from the submission so that you can track the return. Expect the exchange process to take 4-8 working days from the time you submit the package until you receive the new size.

Fill in the return form and indicate that you wish to return your item. Please also include the reason for your return. Put the form in the package along with the item you wish to return.

Use the prepaid return label included in your delivery or provided by customer service. Attach the return label to the package and leave it at the nearest Postnord agent.
